We want to celebrate your year with you! This two hour mini personal retreat will focus on the good, the great, the amazing; creating an attitude of gratitude to set things up for 2023. The workshop will start out with a nice, long warm up, followed by a gentle yoga practice focused on the hips and the heart. A deep relaxation will close your practice before sharing together a gratitude meditation. You will leave the workshop feeling relaxed, hopeful and grateful for all that you have in your life! Suggested Props: a yoga mat + any props you like to use, journal, pen, a bottle of water and an open heart!
