The class is perfect for those who prefer to stand and do mild standing yoga poses as well as those who prefer to sit during exercise.
Class replays and free-standing mindfulness practice recordings are available to our membership subscribers. Membership ranges from $25-$65 per month for 10-12 new video practices and access to all live classes each month.
