Sessions will include instruction, gentle mindful movement, meditation, and time for questions and discussion.
Session #1: The Freedom of This Moment: Breaking the Cycle of Rumination & Anxiety
Session #2: The Healing Power of the Breath: Finding Calm with Simple In-the-Moment Strategies
Session #3: Mindful Movement: Embodiment and Self Care through Movement
Session #4: Detaching from Sticky Thoughts: The Power of Thoughts and How they Shape Our Experience
Session #5: Radical Acceptance & Self-Compassion: 2 Foundations for Optimal Living
Limited to 6-8 participants per group for intimate support and small group instruction.
Friday from 9:30-11:00a. (3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29 & 4/5)
(for your convenience, if you will miss one or more in-person sessions, audio recordings will be emailed to participants within 48 hours of each live coaching session)

- 5 in-person 90 minute instructional sessions. (7.5 hours of small group coaching)

- simple informal mindfulness practice each week (5 PDF practice instructions)
- mindfulness meditation practice recording each week. (5 bonus audio recordings)
