In mindfulness, we become available to what is happening right now. With space, we can learn to hear the hearts whisper and fall back into our truer self. This allows us to live a life in alignment with our higher self and our soul’s purpose.
Shift from the busy nature of everyday life and tap into the power “being” in community together.
The format for this program is a 5-10 minute introduction/ check-in, followed by a 25-30-minute guided practice and ending with 10-minutes for Q&A and sharing. We hope that you can make it live with us so we can connect, but don’t worry---a recording of the video call and practice will be provided to all that register for the program.
Please be sure to register so we can provide you with the log-in information for the call. Registration will close 2 hours prior to the start of the call.
